December’s cocktail: Christmas morning royale

getfileattachment-3Everyone loves bubbles at Christmas…don’t they? Here’s Jake’s take on the classic Buck’s Fizz or Mimosa, the ‘Christmas morning royale’:

First get hold of

  • 50ml premium vodka
  • 25ml elderflower liqueur (Jake uses St Germain)
  • 50ml freshly squeezed pink grapefruit
  • Prosecco
  • A piece of rosemary

Then

  • Shake the first three ingredients over ice.
  • Strain into a champagne flute.
  • Top up with prosecco.
  • Garnish with a rosemary sprig

…aaaaand slurp.
