Muddy says: You may already know their famous organic cheddar cheese but check out their awesome cheese celebration and wedding cakes, flavoured vodkas and other food and wine gift boxes.
Godminster Farm, on the outskirts of Bruton, was registered organic in 1999 by owner Richard Hollingbery, whose environmentally friendly and ethical approach to farming meant organic was the only way. With 1300 acres of beautiful landscape, the farm not only homes 280 organic dairy cows but also boasts fruitful orchards filled with a variety of delicious fruits and herbs which are used as inspiration for many of the Godminster products.
The cows at Godminster Farm enjoy a simple and wholesome life and as a result produce a deliciously creamy milk. The freshness of the milk and the sustainable approach to farming is a major contributor to the delicious and distinctive taste of the award-winning Godminster cheese!
You can buy online or visit their shop in Bruton, which stocks the entire Godminster selection, from timeless waxed Godminster Vintage Organic Cheddars and Handmade Organic Brie, through wedding and celebration cheese cakes and flavoured vodkas, to a range of gift boxes.
You should pop in and try their cheese – or vodka!
