She’s loaded with qualifications, your bod will be in safe hands: Levels 1 & 2 gym instructor, Level 3 personal training, Pilates Level 3, Strong by Zumba; she’s trained as a exercise to music, spinning, Zumba and Zumbatonic instructor.
She offers personal training, both one-to-one or in pairs, to fit in with your lifestyle, in your own home or at her studio. Whether you want to lose weight, gain strength, tone your body or get rid of fat, she’ll create a bespoke package to help you achieve your goals.
Pilates classes every Thursday at Ridgeway Hall in Langport suitable for all abilities every week. Zumba classes every Monday at Keinton Mandeville village hall.
A weekly outdoor boot camp helps build strength and stamina, lose weight, tone up and improve cardio.
