Head chocolatier Alasdair Garnsworthy and his team use traditional techniques and the finest Grand Cru chocolate from Valrhona in France – along with nuts, candied fruits, real cream and butter, fresh herbs and spices – to create a constantly evolving and innovative range of freshly made chocolates.
Prepare to drool: champagne truffles, liquid salt caramels, truffles, pralines, caramels, bon bons, chocolate covered honeycomb, blonde, milk and dark chocolate bars, Easter eggs, even hot chocolate. Flavours are delicate and intriguing, textures and finishes unique. Yum, yum, yum. No preservatives either.
