Ute Lemper: Rendezvous with Marlene, St George’s Bristol, Fri 31 Jan

The inspiration for this show was a 3-hour phone call between Ute Lemper and Marlene Deitrich in Paris 30 years ago. Ute tells Marlene’s story, singing songs from each chapter of her life, from the Berlin cabaret years to her Burt Bacharach collabs.
