Slurp! It’s our Easter cocktail
To make Jake’s Easter cocktail, muddle (crush) two inches of cucumber in a shaker, add 20ml lemon juice, 12.5ml sugar syrup, 25ml Pimms, and 25ml of gin. Shake over ice and serve over cubed ice in a jam jar or long vessel, top with ginger ale and serve with a cucumber twist. The newly hatched chick is an optional extra!
